"I don't know the back story of the Saint named Hugo that I
assume either grew the grapes or perhaps even made this wine with his own two hands.
I do know, however, that should I meet him one day - in the vineyard, at
the pub or perhaps even at the pearly gates, I'll congratulate him on the
heavenly experience every single one of the 750 millilitres gave to me on a
cold winter's night in front of the open fire.
