How do I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number.

Visit the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track or download the Australia Post MyPost app to track your parcel and manage your delivery or collection.

Please note that currently due to COVID challenges, Australia Post are experiencing significant delivery delays so some orders are taking around 4 weeks.  We apologise for this inconvenience.

How do I check on my delivery status?

There are two ways you can easily track your parcel and manage your delivery or collection.

Visit the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track or log in to your Australia Post MyPost app to track your parcel and manage your delivery or collection.

I have not received all my items

It is possible that occasionally items on your order may arrive in separate deliveries with one carton delivered ahead of the other.

If the estimated delivery time-frame has elapsed and there are no updates on the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track or your MyPost app, please contact us HERE so that our friendly customer support team can investigate for you.

Can I schedule a time/day for my delivery?

You don’t have to miss a delivery just because your plans have changed. Log in to your MyPost app to redirect your parcels to a different address or have it left in a safe place.

Can I delay the despatch of my order?

As our wines are sometimes subject to availability, we are unable to reserve them and delay shipping them to you.

Your order will be sent to our warehouse team as soon as it is placed, so that they can strive to ship your wine as soon as possible.

Order tracking details can be uploaded up to 24 hours post-dispatch, therefore please keep in mind that orders may have already left our warehouse even if the current order status is 'Pending'.

Missed your delivery?

If you have missed your delivery from Australia Post you may have received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card in your letter box from Australia Post and your order may have been taken to your local Australia Post Shop and is awaiting your collection.

Visit the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track or log in to your Australia Post MyPost app to check the most up-to-date status of where your order is.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow between 7-10 working days for your order to be picked, shipped and delivered to you. We try to ensure delivery is as quick as possible and appreciate your patience.

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest ordering early to allow extra transit time for your wine to arrive well in advance of your special event.

My wine has been returned to sender

If your order is showing on the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track as ‘returned to sender’ (RTS), please contact us HERE so that our friendly customer support team can arrange for redelivery.

Please note that redelivery can take up to 14 days.

Your order may have been returned due to:

Incorrect/Insufficient address

Order not collected from post office

Damaged in transit

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately Cellar One Australia are not able to offer express shipping at this time.

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest ordering early to allow extra transit time for your wine to arrive well in advance of your special event.

Can I get a call before delivery?

Our wine is shipped by Australia Post with different policies and services; therefore, unfortunately we cannot guarantee they will call prior to delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Our wines are available for delivery only; we do not offer a pick-up facility.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, wines on Cellar One Australia can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. Deliveries to overseas/international addresses are not possible at this time.

Please ensure that you enter an Australian shipping address during checkout.

Courier complaint

We offer our deepest apologies if you have received a negative experience with our delivery partner.

Unfortunately, as Australia Post are a third party contractor, we would kindly appreciate your understanding that these events may be beyond the control of Cellar One Australia.
