A few tips for your reds

Serving temp - Red wine is best served at 16–18°C. If your house is warm, 15 minutes in the fridge before you pour makes a real difference.

Let it breathe
- Fuller styles benefit from 20–30 minutes in a decanter to let them open before you drink them. Even just pouring into the glass and waiting a few minutes helps.

Once opened - Recork/replace lid. Most red wine is good for 3–5 days and will often open up beautifully on day two.

Food pairings - Red wine and red meat is a classic for good reason. Lamb, beef, slow-cooked dishes and hard cheeses are your friends. When in doubt, if it walks on four legs it probably works.
