Croser
Created on the belief that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne and that region is the Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills. Founded in 1987 by pioneering winemaker Brian Croser, Croser has spent over 35 years dedicated to expressing the finest qualities of Australian sparkling wine through quiet craftsmanship and the méthode traditionnelle. The Croser range spans NV and Vintage releases, including a Blanc de Blancs celebrating 100% Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and 94 Points - James Halliday 2021. A Sparkling NV & NV Rosé, a Late Disgorged and the Vintage Piccadilly Valley releases, which winemaker Ella Hoban describes as one of the finest expressions of a region she considers among the best in Australia for premium sparkling. Croser NV and Vintage releases are both among our best-selling sparkling wines on Cellar One and it's easy to see why.

Grant Burge
One of the Barossa's most celebrated names also produces one of our most popular sparkling ranges. The Grant Burge Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV and NV Rosé are made in the traditional method from cool-climate fruit across Adelaide Hills, Alpine Valley and Eden Valley; the wines are consistently impressive at their price point. The Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay, Grant Burge NV Prosecco (winner of Top Gold Medal at the 2025 Australian Sparkling Wine Show for Best Prosecco), the Prosecco Rosé and Pinot Noir Chardonnay Mid Strength NV round out a range that covers every occasion. And for something truly special, the Grant Burge NV Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet, aged on tirage for 24 months and finished with vintage port is one of the most characterful Australian sparkling reds available.

Yarra Burn
Founded on the belief that perfection lies in lightness and elegance, Yarra Burn is crafted to elevate life's everyday moments. The Premium Cuvée Brut NV, winner of a Trophy and Top Gold at the 2025 Riverland Wine Show is the standout, made in the traditional method with fine persistent bubbles, citrus, green apple and a lovely brioche depth. The Prosecco NV also won Top Gold & Trophyfor Best Prosecco at the 2022 Australian Sparkling Wine Show. The Prosecco NV Rosé and Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay Pinot Meunier round out an accessible, well-made range at a very approachable price.

St Hallett
The St Hallett Black NV Sparkling Shiraz is one of the most distinctive bottles in our range, a genuinely unique Australian wine. Blended from Barossa and Eden Valley Shiraz parcels, including components up to 10 years old, it delivers black forest cake, cedar, dark cherry and chocolate with a dry, elegant finish. A perennial favourite over the festive season but deserving of a place at any special occasion throughout the year.
