The Shiraz is sourced from the Barossa Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra. Cedary, tight grain oak aromas complemented by blackcurrants, plum, spice and mint.

The palate is full, vibrant and fresh, with juicy ripe berry flavours and a soft long elegant structure, displaying the outstanding synergy of the two complimentary grape varieties. Generous oak maturation has done justice to our best Barossa Shiraz and Coonawarra Cabernet parcels.

Careful cellaring of this wine for the next 15 years will reveal additional layers of complexity and further soften and silken the grape and oak tannins.

Pairs well with rare beef with roasted vegetables or flavoursome game dishes.
