Deep, energetic, vibrant & dark-cherry red with a bluish rim. The nose offers very lively, fresh, deep, penetrating aromas of raspberries, dark fruit (blackberries, blackcurrants), blue flowers, incense and subtle cocoa notes.

The aromas evolve and are transformed in the glass, where roasted coffee, spicy, lavender, liquorice and star anise notes emerge. With a lingering finish, this tasty wine with a sweet attack, character and gallant volume, evokes its ancestry, vineyard and soil, paying tribute to an infinite memory.

Pairs well with meat stews, game birds and poultry, and with desserts with wild berry jam and/or chocolate.

The grapes are picked manually in 12 kg boxes. The grape clusters sorted one by one in the field. Ageing: 19 months in barrels. Oak type: 100% French oak.
