Intense varietal cassis, blackcurrants, bay leaf and black olive with lifted oak spice and dusted milk chocolate. Vibrant with the red-fruit characters present on the nose carrying through to the palate which is under-pinned by a firm yet juicy structure. A dark and brooding wine with great length and finely balanced tannins typical of this variety.
