The wine has great length and a fine acidity with the signature peacock tail. 1 x bottle Eddystone Point Chardonnay 2024 - A juicy but refined palate with a backbone of mineral acidity and flavours revolving around stone fruit and fresh cut quince. Gentle sweetness develops through the mid-palate from the careful use of quality French oak, giving structure and length, complementing the vibrant fruit profile of this wine. Partial malolactic fermentation has resulted in a wine that has texture and balance.

1 x bottle Eddystone Point Pinot Gris 2024 - Pale straw in colour with a green hue. Lifted spiced nashi pear with a hint of rosewater. A lively palate of melon and sweet Bosc pear. Sweet fruit upfront but finishes with a juicy mid palate and a fresh crunch of pear. 

1 x bottle Eddystone Point Riesling 2024 - Lifted floral aromatics of wisteria and jasmine. Juicy, vibrant and refreshing on the palate. Intense cut lime and juicy citrus fruits. A light talc structure gives focus and length, perfectly offset with sugar balance and long flowing acidity on the back palate. 

1 x bottle Eddystone Point Sauvignon Blanc 2023- The fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from the Pipers River, Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley regions of Tasmania to display classic Sauvignon Blanc characters that are delicate and fresh. A pale straw with a green hue displaying characters of tropical fruit, passionfruit punch and blackcurrant that are delicate and fresh. A touch of flint and fresh herbs enhance the texture of the wine and build complexity.
