Rosé has had quite the transformation. Once dismissed as a sweet, unsophisticated choice, modern rosé is predominantly dry, food-friendly and made with real winemaking care.
Here's a quick tour of the styles behind our range:
Dry and elegant - the benchmark Provence style. Pale in colour, delicate in aroma, with subtle red berry, citrus and floral notes and a crisp, clean finish. Made to be food-friendly and refreshing rather than sweet. The Petaluma White Label Dry Rosé a blend of Grenache and Sangiovese, is a beautiful example of this style, with lifted strawberry, raspberry and citrus blossom and a slightly creamy texture that sets it apart.
Fruit-forward and vibrant - a more generous style with brighter fruit and a touch more body. The St Hallett Rosé, made from Barossa Grenache, falls into this category, watermelon, guava and grapefruit with balanced acidity and a smooth, refreshing finish. Our best-selling rosé and easy to see why. The Jacob's Creek Le Petit Rosé, winner of 4 Trophies, is equally impressive at its price point.
Light and easy - lower alcohol styles made for relaxed, everyday drinking. Tatachilla's Rougie Vie Rosé and Light & Fresh Rosé both sit at 9% ABV, inspired by a Mediterranean coastal approach, effortless, soft and perfect for warm afternoons.
Something different - the Cupio Spicy Rosé is exactly what it sounds like. A crisp, dry rosé infused with real chilli for a subtle, building warmth and a genuinely fun drinking experience. The Jacob's Creek Pink Fronti Rosé takes a different direction, off-dry and aromatic with peach, strawberry and a cheeky sweet finish.
