A complex and characterful Barossa Shiraz exhibiting modern winemaking techniques overlayed on a traditional and subregional core. Sourced from vines ranging from 11 years up to a staggering 96 years old in the Southern Barossa. Careful cellaring will see this wine develop elegantly for up to 20 years.

Aromas of savoury small goods, dark plum and cherry cedar with hints of coconut. A medium bodied palate for Centenary Hill, reflective of the cooler, wetter vintage. The wine shows most savoury spice and pepper than either the 2016 or 2018 vintages, but still delivers rich dark berry fruits and delicious, generous lashings of oak.

Pairs well with medium rare rump steak with pepper sauce.
