Colour: Deep red with magenta hues.

Nose: The Shiraz opens with plums, violets and spice. There are sweet notes of mocha and coffee, a very inviting Shiraz.

Palate: The palate is rich yet restrained, supple yet driven, round and friendly but still showing characteristics of elegant cool climate Shiraz. This is a bright, crunchy and pleasing wine.

Food Matching: Braised beef, aged cheddar or a vegan chocolate tart.

Cellaring – Will age gracefully for up to 10 years.

The ripeness of red fruit on the palate is alluring with lifted acidity and a hint of rose bush and strawberry leaf. Oak plays second fiddle and sits in a nice place. Moreish and elegant."
