Medium crimson in colour with a red hue. This expressive Cabernet Sauvignon shows lovely evocative notes of briar, forest floor with a lovely fruit aromatic profile of fresh Cassis, mulberry and blackberry. The palate is full, supple with lovely flavours of plum, cassis and briar notes which give a lovely umami nuance. The tannins are supple and the finish is long.

Coonawarra’s 2021 Vintage displayed all the hallmarks of an incredible harvest. Good winter and early spring rains, providing sound conditions for the vines upcoming growing season.

Food Matching Potential - This cabernet will go well with French cut lamb cutlets or for a vegan alternative, try a rich tomato base pasta.
