History shows that Thomas Hardy first blended grapes from multiple regions in 1865. Hardy believed that blending grapes with different characteristics would complement and enhance the qualities of each region, so began Hardy’s rich blending heritage.

NOSE -Fresh, lively aromas of mulberry, blueberry, boysenberry, milk chocolate and spiced plum with an overlay of white pepper.

PALATE - A rich palate with dark berries, plums and cherry dancing on the palate leading towards the mid palate of chocolate, aniseed, white pepper. Silky tannins and French oak flavours aid in the long finish

PEAK DRINKING - Cellar for 5-10 years.
