'Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends. This wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release,' Craig Stansborough, Chief Winemaker.
GRAPE VARIETY - Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre
COLOUR- Medium dense red with deeper darker magenta hues.
NOSE- Raspberry, ginger, orange oil with hints of sweet spice.
PALATE- Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. The tannins are tight and appear slaty to graphite-like with a long fulfilling finish. The wine looks highly youthful which is testament to its careful handling.

94 Points by Ray Jordan in Wine Pilot on 12/1/2024 "A classic Barossa blend of grenache, shiraz and mourvedre. It’s a medium bodied elegantly structured wine loaded with plush Barossa fruit. Dark plum dominant with notes of spice and pepper with a little dark chocolate. The palate has been crafted seamlessly with neatly integrated oak and tannin. Certainly, packs some punch."
94 Points by Dave Brookes 7/4/2025 "A bright-framed grenache, shiraz, mourvèdre blend showing characters of red plum, raspberry and dark cherry fruits with hints of spice, ginger cake, iced tea, almond blossom, dried citrus rind and earth. Lovely red and dark fruits on the palate, sweetly spiced with a bright plummy acidity, fine, powdery tannins and some nice energy on the palate. Lovely drinking."
