With a crimson red appearance and a bouquet of choc mint, tobacco leaf and a little bit of bay leaf front and centre on the nose, this medium to full bodied wine is smooth, velvety and fleshy on the palate.  A very good representation of Barossa Cabernet. Its flavoursome but its fresh, its bold but its threaded with fine-grained tannin. Lots of red and black fruit, coffee bean and dried herb. A fresh feel and a resounding finish.
