Nose - Very powerful, complex mixture of blueberry fruit, cherries, spice, whole bunches and vanilla oak. 

Palate - Mirror image of bouquet, a core of dark fruit is the key, around this wine has superb length of flavour, fine, sweet fruit overlay, mineral acid drive and silky fine tannins, oak in the background playing a minor but positive role.

Vineyard Region: Tasmania, Yarra Valley

Food Match: Seared venison with native Tasmanian pepperberry sauce.

Bright ruby with ripe dark and red cherry fruits, raspberry coulis and wild strawberry with hints of leaf litter, spice, softly spoken vanillin oak, char siu, mushroom broth, amaro herbs and wildflowers. Graceful and pure with excellent tension between fruit and minerally acidity, fading off slowly in a fan of spiced red fruits."
