This has archetypal Adelaide Hills aromas of just-ripe white stone fruit, white flowers, a touch of melon rind and a complexing lift of struck flint. The palate is restrained and focused, with a drive of grapefruit pith, nectarine and a lick of nutty oak shaping it all nicely. The acidity is sprightly and ensures the finish is long, crunchy and punchy.
