The 2022 Brookland valley Estate Cabernet has a beautifully sweet, fruited palate, vibrant and intense with dark berry fruits, cassis, mulberry and milk chocolate. The palate has lovely weight and texture with firm but fine velvety tannins that provide a lovely, sustained length and focus.

Intense aromatics of cassis, dark berries, cigar box, bay leaf and sage combine with vanillin and toasted spice notes derived from French oak maturation.

Pairs well with barbequed red meats, stuffed Portobello mushrooms or hard cheeses

Enjoy while youthful or will develop if carefully cellared for 8-10 years.
