Checking you have entered the correct email address associated with your account.

If you are still encountering issues, please contact us HERE and our friendly customer support team will investigate the issue for you. If you received an error message when resetting your password, please include a screenshot in your enquiry to us.
If you haven't yet received your password reset email, and your email account is Gmail, Hotmail, Live or Outlook, they can regularly miscategorise our emails as spam.
As a first step we ask that you please check all junk/spam folders in case our emails are not directly received into your inbox.
Please add sales@cellarone.com.au to your safe senders list in your email account. Once this is complete, you can reset your password HERE if required.
If this does not resolve the issue, please submit a general enquiry HERE to contact our friendly customer support team, providing us with your email address and contact number so we can assist you with accessing your Cellar One Australia account.

Tick 'Change Password’ and enter your current password, then a new password and re-enter your new password to confirm and select ‘Save’.

Enter your date of birth and select ‘Save’.

Select 'Edit Address’ to edit your current default address associated with your account.

Select ‘Add New Address’ to add a new default address associated with your account.
or
Select Delete Address’ to delete your current default address associated with your account.
You can view your previous Cellar One Australia orders in your ‘Dashboard’ under ‘My Orders’ https://cellar-one-au.myshopify.com/account?view=order-history
At the bottom of your promotional email that you have received from us, click the unsubscribe link.
