The Brookland Valley Estate Chardonnay 2022 is pale straw in appearance with green tinges. The bouquet is intense with bright aromatics of white peaches and nectarine, pink grapefruit, ginger and limey citrus. This is accompanied by subtle hints of flint, grilled hazelnuts, cashews and fresh brioche.

The palate shows a medium to full body with flavours of grapefruit, nougat, nectarine and ginger spices. This wine has a lovely texture with a fine acid line that supports the long length of flavour.

Pair this chardonnay with Asian spiced pork belly, grilled fish or honeyed haloumi skewers.
