This Rolf Binder Riesling is quite fragrant showing delicate floral and lime notes.  It is a dry style Riesling that displays good minerality, with an enjoyable lime freshness that lingers really well on the palate. Drink young whilst crisp and vibrant, or those who are able, allow this wine to cellar for 5 more years and allow the wine to develop.
