Appealing ripe pear, peach, honeysuckle, and spice is overlaid with flavours of dried apricot, caramel, vanilla and honey. On the palate the wine is lush, full bodied and sweet, with well-balanced acidity keeping the richness in check. While beautiful drinking now, this wine can be cellared for at least six years from vintage date.

A particularly good match for many cheeses and pâtes, it will also work well with desserts that rely on creaminess over sugar for richness, or those that are well balanced with zesty acidity.
