Clear pale straw in colour, the nose displays white flowers, lychee and freshly cut pear with some sweet musk flavours. Bright and crisp acid, but with generous mouthfeel to balance. The wine has a pithy texture with flavours of nashi pear, lychee and rosewater.

Pairs well with grilled chicken/fish with seasonal vegetables or with some lightly spiced Thai dishes.
