Cooler climate Eden Valley fruit all at play here. There’s lifted aromas of nectarine, grapefruit pith, white flowers and a whiff of nougat.

The palate is focussed and layered, with a drive of stone fruit, nutty oak and some perky, tangy acidity bringing it all home rather nicely. 

Pairs well with Truffle and porcini pappardelle, caramelized onion tart or cheese platter with Comte.

Drink now but will develop further for up to 10 years
