A wine that speaks of its place. This has archetypal Adelaide Hills aromas of just-ripe white stone fruit, white flowers, a touch of melon rind and a complexing lift of struck flint. 

The palate is restrained and focussed, with a drive of grapefruit pith, nectarine and a lick of nutty oak shaping it all nicely. The acidity is sprightly and ensures the finish is long, crunchy and punchy.

Pairs well with Baked camembert with thyme and walnuts. Pesto with linguine.
