78% Shiraz / 28% Cabernet Sauvignon

A powerful and complex wine thanks to the innovative use of whisky barrels as part of the finishing process. This adds to the complexity of traditional Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon which showcases premium fruit.

AROMA - A complex nose of enticing rich aromas of toffee, crème caramel honeycomb, enhanced by cedar and nutmeg spice.

TASTE - The dark chocolate of the Shiraz is complemented by the ripe cassis from the Cabernet, with waffle cone vanilla and finished with silky, mouth-watering tannins.

ENJOY WITH - Beef ribs, marinated and slowly roasted over coals, or marinated beef or lamb cooked on the BBQ.
