Grapes for Garden of Eden are sourced exclusively from the Eden Valley. The higher elevation results in pretty red fruit characters, spice and a fine tannin structure.

The bouquet shows a fresh and lifted nose of dark cherry and plum complemented by a subtle secondary aroma of spice. Flavours of bitter cherries and blackberries mingle with blueberry and white pepper on the palate. Fine grained tannins drive the palate to incredible length and persistence with an acidity perfect suited for meat dishes. Enjoy now with a 30 minute decant or age for 5-10 years with confidence.
