Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is only made and released in exceptional years. Traditional winemaking techniques of hand picking, open-top fermentation, basket pressing and maturation in the finest French Oak have produced a wine of complexity and style.

Pairs well with filet mignon, a rich balsamic glaze, chat potatoes and steamed vegetables.

95 Points - Jane Faulkner - James Halliday Wine Companion 2025 on 6/1/2024 "At first, this did not want to reveal too much, well it's a cabernet so yes there are pops of cassis, mulberries, warm spices and a snip of herbs with a slightly dusty, saw-dust oak character. It certainly unfurls with a decant but it is a restrained style. Grainy, textural, sweet tannins fill out the medium-bodied palate; it’s elegant, lithe and refreshing. Lovely now, when it reveals its personality, and will reward more with bottle age."

Effortless is a word that comes to mind when describing the power yet stylishness of the palate. Dark fruits on the nose with a blackcurrant and ripe plum character merging with a mass of dark chocolate and edgy balancing black olive. A trace of graphite adds balance to complement the palate."
