Bouquet - The Shiraz opens with plums, violets and spice. There are sweet notes of mocha and coffee, a very inviting Shiraz. 

Palate - The palate is rich yet restrained, supple yet driven, round and friendly but still showing characteristics of elegant cool climate Shiraz. This is a bright, crunchy and pleasing wine.

Food Matching – Aged cheddar or a vegan chocolate tart.

Cellaring – Will age gracefully for up to 10 years.
