Crafted with premium chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills and blended with a generous dash of amber wine, giving silky structure and enhanced flavour from additional skin contact. Blended to be a full, rich, textured wine with a creamy finish.A bold and generous style with colour and flavours as intense as a sunset. 

Bouquet: Notes of lime citrus, nectarine, peach, orange blossom and subtle baking spice.

Palate: Clean and fresh, displaying notes of orange blossom and ripe stone fruit. Palate has a plush mid palate with subtle spice and a fine textural finish.

2025 Vintage Conditions: The 2025 vintage in Adelaide Hills delivered excellent Chardonnay. Conditions were dry and mild, with cool- nights which resulted in an extended ripening period. This saw fruit produced with great natural acidity and varietal citrus and stone fruit.
