This cool-climate expression of Shiraz is the beneficiary of the philosophy, methodology and stylistic approach applied to its more senior stablemates. The aim for this blend was to ensure a balance of weight and generosity with subtle restraint.

Enticing aromas of red fruits, loganberry, blood plum, pepper, bergamot, malted barley, smoked tea, musk stick, aniseed and herbal murmurs of stalks. The juicy palate evokes a dark fruit profile of black cherry and mulberry with a spice influence redolent of sumac, Sichuan pepper & tamarind. Hints of dark chocolate and fennel frond arise from the long-detailed palate. A fine acidity enmeshes with high volume layered talc-like tannins interweaved with acid line and delicate fruit weight. 

Our best TCG Shiraz yet. A great year for this cool-climate style of Shiraz. This wine is vegan-friendly.
