The 7th release of HRB Pinot Noir diverges from a history of inter-regional blending for Hardy’s. Fruit from the Coal River Valley, Meadowbank and Swansea in Tasmania combine with fruit from the Yarra Valley and Pemberton in WA to produce a truly unique and complex wine.
Highly aromatic release full of red berry, spice and dried herb with a palate of finesse and balance with soft juicy fruit profile.
Appearance: Bright red
Bouquet: Strawberries, dark cherry with hints of mushroom and dried herbs. Palate: A complex palate full of ripe berry fruits, fine tannins, and subtle oak all combine to provide a palate of balance, texture and persistence.
Vintage Conditions: Early heat gave way to extremely even and mild conditions for the key ripening period resulting in good quality and average yields.
Food Matching Suggestions: Duck breast with confit fig, fennel and five spice
Cellaring Potential: Drink now - 5 years
