The nose displays lemon zest and delicate florals of citrus blossom dominate upfront followed by crisp Granny-Smith apple and underlying toasted sourdough notes. 

The palate is undeniably intense with rich fruit flavours of apple and citrus. The extended time on lees and its acidity backbone have created a wine with a beautiful texture and balance that will certainly defy the test of time.
