The nose has hints of peppercorn, blueberry and vanilla.  This is a wine full of vibrancy. It focuses more on being bright, juicy and crunchy than a heavy hitting Barossa Shiraz. Velvety tannins, with a round mid-palate, it has tonnes of character and finishes on a crunchy, vibrant note. This wine sits in the more medium-bodied “syrah” style of shiraz.
