With a crimson red appearance and a bouquet of choc mint, tobacco leaf and a little bit of bay leaf front and centre on the nose, this medium to full bodied wine is smooth, velvety and fleshy on the palate. Very good representation of the Barossa Cabernet. It's flavoursome but it's fresh, it's bold but it's threaded with fine-grained tannin. Lots of re/black fruit, coffee bean and dried herb. A fresh feel and a resounding finish.
