The Croser Explorer Pack allows you to explore the different styles and vintages of Croser. There is something here for every occasion from a sparkling for everyday drinking to a very special celebration.  

Croser NV Sparkling - Adelaide Hills x 1 bottle in each 3 Pack
The Chardonnay offers nectarine, cashews and biscuity characters – the backbone of the Croser Non Vintage palate – with the Pinot Noir providing a fine mousse and strawberry fruit lift. Croser Non Vintage’s quality and elegant refreshing style can be enjoyed immediately on release but will also reward careful cellaring.

The tiraged sparkling wine is left to age on yeast lees for 12 months and disgorged on demand – this ensures the wine retains optimum freshness and vitality. 

2006 Croser Late Disgorged - Piccadilly Valley x 1 bottle in each 3 Pack
Vibrant golden straw colour colour with brilliant clarity.  An elegant and complex bouquet of baked apples and strawberry interwoven with brioche and an almond nuttiness. A complex sparkling from an excellent vintage. Twelve years on yeast less, zero dosage, a wine reflecting the vintage and the complexities of over a decade of yeast autolysis. The wine is still remarkably fresh with crunchy acidity with a wonderfully fine bead and creamy mousse. Honey, cashew and apple pie complement the layers of complexity on the palate.  Last tasted June 2020.  Peak drinking 2020 - 2022

The blended base was tiraged into bottle with Petaluma’s specially selected yeast strain and allowed to ferment and to rest on its yeast lees in the cellar 12 years prior to disgorging.

2017 Croser Vintage Sparkling - Piccadilly Valley x 1 bottle in each 3 Pack
Pale Straw in colour, the 2017 Croser Vintage has floral and citrus notes combined with ripe apple with hints of brioche. A textured wine with a fine bead with a creamy mousse. Citrus and nectarine dominant, baked apple with a hint of cashew and biscuits.

Fermented in tank and barrel, blended, filtered, tiraged and stored on lees for a minimum of 3 years. Disgorged at Petaluma.
