A fine acidity draws the palate long to layered fine tannins inlaid with building fruit weight and a resonant finish. Enticing aromas of red currants, cardamom, white pepper, Lapsang souchong tea, rosemary, Burger Rings, musk stick, nutmeg, aniseed, peat and herbal mutterings of stalks.
