This Chardonnay delivers immediacy of appeal with suppleness and palate weight, marrying ripeness with a subtle line of acidity. Sourced from select vineyards across the breadth of the Yarra Valley plus our own vineyards, it offers aromas of brioche dough, white peach, lemon zest, wet stones and fresh cut apple. This is followed up on the palate with lemon meringue pie, beeswax, honeysuckle and galangal notes. A tactile interplay between creamy silkiness, measured acidity and a grainy pear-like texture combine to deliver a resonance of flavour.
