2014 Vintage

A medium polished copper hue with a hint of crimson, bright natural effervescence and a persistent ultra-fine bead. Experience exciting nuances of fresh red berry, lychee and white peach. These aromas are complemented by rich secondary development of forest floor and brioche. Strawberry and cream characters dominate the early palate and these are followed by a rush of complexity reminiscent of mushroom, candle wax and oyster shell. Tailored as an ‘Extra Brut’ style, the low dosage complements the elegant structure and fine natural acid line.
