Picking at optimum maturity has resulted in wines which display vibrant bright colours with ripe flavour profiles, rounded flavoursome palates and soft fine tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2016 vintage is dark red in colour with a scarlet hue.  The nose shows bright, lifted, and intense blackberry and raspberry fruits with hints of mint choc, black pepper and liquorice complimented with nuances of spicy, toasted vanilla bean.  The palate is intense, complex and richly textured, this wine has fresh fruit flavours of mulberry, plum, and blackberry combined with cedar, spice, dark chocolate and hints of vanillin.
